Terms & Policies

RESERVATION POLICIES:

To reserve the date and time a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. Balance is payable the day of the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once deposit is paid, all other inquiries are turned away to secure the date. Therefore the deposit is non-refundable should the event organizer change or cancel the event for any reason. If Greg Devereaux is unable to fulfill the obligation for any reason (i.e. health, family emergency), a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

FACILITIES/RIDER:

The event organizer will provide (1) wireless lapel mic, (1) wireless handheld mic with stand, an open jack on venue soundboard to plug in performers iPad, steps leading up to the stage/platform accessible to audience members. For audiences greater than 200 it is highly recommended to have a live feed camera with a projection screen on each side of the stage. A green room will need to be provided with a 1 hour access before and after the presentation. On stage there should be (1) large white pad on an easel, (1) small table.
